When we moved into our new home in 2004, we had Tom put in a Linksys wireless system to accompany our cable internet service. This system worked flawlessly until 2014 when we upgraded our cable service to include "extreme internet" that supposedly added a wireless system that replaced our 2004 Linksys arrangement. Unfortunately we were disappointed to find this was not so. We immediately called Tom, who installed new up-to-date Linksys equipment. Problem solved! When we needed a "touch up" visit, Tom was quickly there to help us out.
For our small nonprofit company, technology issues have always been a drag on productivity. Error messages, sluggish computers, and software that wouldn’t respond were all daily occurrences in the office. Maine Web Service makes that all go away, silently and in the background. I didn’t realize how much automated anti-virus programs overlooked, and I didn’t know what a profound effect missing updates have on the performance of computers.
Maine Web Service has been assisting Maine Medicare Options with computer and software monitoring on all my devices as well as providing information on security vulnerabilities, assessing potential threats, and advice on what measures can be taken to limit potential risks. With high quality and rapid response to my questions, Maine Web Service has proven to be pivotal to my business in maintaining my data security and compliance with federal regulations.
Maine Web Service manages computer security, software updates and patches for my personal Lenovo desktop, and my wife's personal Lenovo desktop. He has always answered our messages within one day, and usually even on the same day. His service relieves both of us of the hassle of keeping our computers happy, well-fed, and contentedly computing for us, including our email software, our home user programs for composing documents, spreadsheets, our using the internet, and controlling system frustrations. Well done!
